RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your ROAME. pieces for years to come. However, in the instance you need to return your item, the following conditions apply:

ONLINE PURCHASES

FULL PRICE ITEMS

Full priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note within 14 days from delivery.

*This includes items purchased using a welcome code.

TEMPORARY PROMOTION ITEMS

Items purchased during a temporary promotion through discount code are eligible for a credit note or exchange equal to the purchase value within 14 days from delivery.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Returns of sale items are only eligible for credit notes (in the form of a digital gift card, valid for 3 years).

AFTERPAY DAY SALE

All purchases made online during the "Afterpay Day Sale" between 20.03.25 - 23.03.25 can be returned for credit notes (in the form of digital gift cards, valid for 3 years). Please note no refunds will be accepted, unless the product is deemed faulty.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive an item you believe is faulty, please email hello@roame.com.au with your Order Number, accompanied with imagery and a brief summary of the fault. If deemed faulty, we will be in contact to rectify your order.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

Caps are unable to be returned due to health restrictions and hygiene reasons.


CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Before submitting a return request, please ensure the below conditions are met:

  • The goods are within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Item(s) is in original condition, unworn, unused, and unwashed (be mindful when trying garments on that there is no transfer of makeup as we will be unable to accept it)
  • Item(s) is in original packaging with original tags attached.

ROAME. reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our conditions of Return within our Returns Policy. This policy adheres to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

IN STORE PURCHASES

FULL PRICE ITEMS

Full price item purchased in our Rosebery boutique can be exchanged or returned for a credit notes (in the form of a digital gift card, valid for 3 years). However, items purchased in store are not eligible for a refund.

Before returning an item in store, please ensure the below conditions are met:

  • The goods are within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Item(s) is in original condition, unworn, unused, and unwashed (be mindful when trying garments on that there is no transfer of makeup as we will be unable to accept it)
  • Item(s) is in original packaging with original tags attached.

SALE ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORE

Sale items purchased in store are not eligible for refunds or credit notes.

Returns of sale items are only eligible for exchanges in store, within 14 days of the original purchase.

This return policy for in store sale items is also applicable to items purchased on temporary promotions in store, including AfterPay Day sale.
