We use Startrack Premium Post for all orders within Australia.

All deliveries must be signed for upon arrival. If you are not present to sign, Strartrack will leave your parcel at the closest Australia Post Office. We do not offer an & Authority To Leave & option. We recommend you indicate your daytime address for delivery purposes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All New Zealand orders are sent via Australia Post Express. All international orders are sent via DHL Express which requires a signature upon delivery.

DUTIES & TAXES
When orders shipped internationally reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Australia’s 10% GST is not charged on international orders. This tax will automatically be removed at checkout once your delivery address is complete.
Unfortunately, ROAME. cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced upon arrival. These will remain the responsibility of the customer.
